WHERE PRIDE MEETS PROFIT
VISION
Our vision is to revolutionise the financial sustainability of Pride events worldwide by transforming mass attendance into a digital revenue model and enhancing the Pride experience through real-time engagement, seamless communication, and new revenue streams. PridePulse will unlock fresh income opportunities and recurring annual revenues for Pride organising committees while delivering a richer, more connected user experience. As the trusted global platform linking Pride organisers, sponsors, and attendees, PridePulse empowers the LGBTQ+ community to thrive financially and socially, using technology as a force for inclusion, visibility, and progress.
PLANS
In 2025 PridePulse will complete the build of its white-label payment and engagement platform, designed to power the global Pride ecosystem. In June 2026 we will launch a live pilot at Pride in London, engaging 35,000 parade participants and testing real-time payments, communications, and engagement features. By late 2026 we will roll out the full phase-one system at Maspalomas Winter Pride in Gran Canaria before scaling up for London’s 2 million attendees and Brighton’s 500,000 attendees in summer 2027. From 2028 onwards, PridePulse will expand to the world’s top ten Pride events — including São Paulo, New York, Madrid, and Sydney — building a connected global network of more than 35 million users.
USE OF FUNDS / CURRENT RAISE
PridePulse Inc is launching a one-time $10 million raise for a 33% equity stake at a $30 million pre-money valuation. This capital will fund platform development, Mastercard integration, recruitment of the core tech and marketing teams, and delivery of the 2026 Pride in London pilot. Funds will also support business development and platform expansion through 2027, securing major sponsors, rolling out the #SponsorshipZone marketplace, and preparing for full global deployment across the top ten Pride events from 2028 onwards.
NEXT PHASE / INVESTMENT OUTLOOK
The PridePulse team combines world-class expertise in engineering, fintech, and LGBTQ+ leadership. With exclusive two-year contracts secured with Pride in London and Brighton Pride, letters of intent from founding sponsors including Mastercard, Coca-Cola, and Tesco, and strong interest from more than ten major global Pride events, the company is positioned for rapid global scale. The 2026 live pilot will validate the platform’s commercial model, unlocking high-margin recurring revenue from sponsorships, in-app payments, and brand activations. By Year 5, PridePulse projects annual sales of $28.9 million and EBITDA of $23.8 million — delivering an estimated $70 – 80 million investor return on a $10 million investment within five years.
